Dirty, smelly place. Overpriced and I wouldn't return.

Mattress was comfortable.

The hotel is located in a retail park. The place is currently going through a refurbishment (which they do not make you aware of). There was a skip outside full of old toilets and our room absolutely stank of sewage and the room was dirty. I made reception aware and they said it was due to the work but they couldn't do anything apart from offer us some air freshener. Air con didn't work. Breakfast was disappointing.

Ok for what we paid and one night stay

We only needed a room to sleep the night and it worked to that end. Bad sheets were clean.

Our toilet flush started leaking just before going to bed. We managed fixing it temporarily. Room appeared to lack maintainance overall. Room looked better on photos.

The hotel was full of Chinese people who woke us up at 5.30 am with banging and talking loudly when getting to the 2 coaches waiting outside our room.

This hotel turned out to be an okay place sleep for one night but that was about all we felt

The receptionist was very helpful. She appeared to bereceptionist, bartender, waiter and chef. However she did her best in difficult conditions.

There was not enough staff there should have been at least two from a health and safety perspective. In the room the toilet was not cleaned properly, the kettle had been removed, the telephone had been ripped off the wall (which made the offer of room service a bit futile.) The general cleanliness of the hotel was poor, the hallway carpet was stained and ripped and it was obviously very old and poorly kept.

Breakfast was terrible. No food available,many guests went without food if not prepared to wait 20 minutes for food to be bought out from the kitchen
