Breakfast was really nice and plenty to choose from Lovely hotel very clean and decorated to a high standard Staff were very friendly

Staff were friendly and attentive. Is a genuine dog friendly hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Disappointing facilities

Location

Checked in and checked out instantly as the pool was closed, the jacuzzi was closed, staff was rude, the room looked like a prison cell,dirty and run down and we were being told that we have to walk through outside and through another hotel if we want to use spa facilities. If your amenities are closed at least let us know via email. Extremely disappointed. Still to this day I am waiting for a refund for a facility I didnt use because of the reasons I mentioned.
