Fabulous staff, great location, pool and value for money.

Friendly staff, clean, beautiful Christmas decorations, the pool, location and lovely breakfast.

Thin pillows and would prefer a handheld shower head in addition to the rain shower.

Brunswick - not value for money and unfriendly!

Brunswick has a very good location in terms of its views and approach to the sea shores.

Hotel Staff wasnt very accomodating. We stayed 3 nights and the services provided by the hotel staff wasnt upto the mark. Initially we were provided with the room which had a low ceiling and it wasnt the same size room as promissed in the booking. Even after multiple requests, hotel staff denied to change the room. Then we requested for bath robes and hotel staff didnt get us these. Then on the night of 25th dec, none of the staff members was available in the evening to service any kind of requests. Even the restaurant was closed before any advance notice to the guests. Staff was not very friendly and was charging extra money for a single toast on a complimentary breakfast.

Very good

Well located clean hotel

Fantastic Christmas morning staff. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful.

Unable to stand in the shower. Christmas Eve staff were less friendly.

I had a lovely big room with a Seaview. The room was immaculately clean. I loved the decor especially the Rope bedside lights. The staff were very friendly and helpful and displayed courteous customer service throughout my stay. The breakfast was very good. Can't wait to come back next year
