The location was brilliant. The house is a tardis and Very well set out. A pleasure to hang out in. Easy parking. Very clean. Great linen and very comfortable beds. So comfortable, a truly exceptional home away from home.

Poole is a beautiful location and the cottage was most comfortable like a home from home.

Location was close to high road and quay... all within walking distance so no need to drive to eat out in the evening. Beds were very clean and comfortable just like being at home. En=suite in our room on the 2nd floor was excellent and our friends used the 1st landing bathroom so we had privacy and didn't have to share. Kitchen was well-stocked so there was no need to hunt for anything. Our party enjoyed staying in the cottage and would recommend it to others.

Parking was a bit difficult during the afternoon when we came home after being out all day. We had to watch for spaces to open up outside the house and where permitted during certain hours.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped.Great location, close to the town centre.

Just that downstairs doesnt have a lot of natural sunlight. Not a huge issue.

We came here for a short family break and was a perfect place for us to stay.

The Location was ideal for Poole Quay and the Old Town. Nice quiet area, even though there is a primary school on the same road it was a peaceful street. Our local contact was friendly, meeting us on arrival, gave us the keys, provided us a tour of the property and explained everything clearly. It was also very positive that we were able to arrive early (with prior arrangement). All in all not a bad place to stay

While the cottage was nice and very clean on arrival, it was looking in need of some care in places. For example the door for the shared bathroom on the first floor was extremely difficult to close. Some of the kitchen facilities, while functional needed some maintenance. Car Parking is a challenge in the area.
