The staff when in contact were quite rude. There are a lot of safety issues around this villa, number 1 being loose slats by the pool, and none of the lights working in the garden around the pool at nighttime. When we arrived the house wasnt off to a great start cleanliness wise and there was broken glass on the outdoor area floor. It was definitely not worth the amount of money we paid for it.
Place could do with a proper good maintenance and safety check, for the amount of money paid we expected a lot better and more. No one left their contact details or info on who to contact if something was wrong with the villa. Wouldnt recommend here with younger children. Steps and tiles around villa extreme fall risk also. The cleanliness was not up to any standard and looked like a quick lick and a promise was completed before we got there. No spare sheets and no one came to even maintain the villa. We left this villa with infected bites from the tiger mosquitoes all around this villa, make sure to bring a repellent! We attended doctors whilst there with the bites also. Front door handle kept coming off and electric tripped twice and only for a member of our party knowing what to do we wouldve been without power. No key for outdoor room either. No toilet rolls left, only 2 rolls. Shower doors couldve done with being cleaned, and cracked shower floors major safety issue. Bare cables in garden which we were unsure if live or not. The sprinklers were coming on at random times throughout the day and soaking you whilst sitting in the sun.
