    A truly enjoyable stay all round.
    The room was nice and clean, and very spacious. We did notice that the fridge wasn't working correctly before we went out, and on returning, we came back to a lovely hand written note from the owner telling us that a new fridge had arrived, which was a lovely gesture, and very much appreciated. The view from our room was absolutely Stunning, and Breathtaking. I just wish that we could've stayed here longer. I would definitely recommend this guest house, and would 100% stay there again. We got a chance to speak to the owner just as we were leaving, and what a lovely woman she is, and she really could not have done any more to make our stay more pleasant, so a huge thank-you to Iona.

    The room was good, the breakfast was very nice and the beds were comfortable
    The room was quite noisy at times with a lot of foot traffic in front of it.

    A lovely guest house to enjoy the delights of Oban
    A very comfortable and bright room with a wonderful sea view. The weather was quite variable during our stay but whether it was sunny, raining or "breezy" we loved the walk along the promenade into the town centre.

    This was our favourite hotel of the trip and would stay there again.
    We loved this hotel! The bay windows with a view of the loch were fantastic. We received robes, slippers, and sherry. Unfortunately, this hotel like others is unable to provide breakfasts so that would have been nice but coffee, biscuits, fruit, and oatmeal were available in the room. Beds were very comfortable too and the bathroom was very large.

    Would totally recommend this property to anyone visiting Oban.
    Continental breakfast was excellent fresh fruit also available. The two large rooms were easily accessible on the ground floor and tastefully and recently decorated. The views from the bay windows over the Loch were stunning. Off street carparking also available. The owner Iona was extremely responsive and generous.

    A wonderful place to stay in Oban
    We booked the Premium Seaview room. It had a big window looking out onto the bay - we could have sat there all day watching the boats go by. The room was well equipped with everything that we needed - very spacious with a comfy bed, a large shower and some breakfast supplies.
    It would have been nice to have access to a lounge room so we could meet up with our friends.
