A 4 star Hotel should provide a Safe free of charge and dont charge Euro 2 per day. Also no courtesy bottled water supplied

Exceptional

It really bright.

Extremely clean hotel. The location was quite good, 15 min walk to city centre. Breakfast good enough, nothing special, but was OK to start the morining. Temperature in the room always perfect. The private park they have is too small, one car is enough, and cost 5 per day. But if your smart, you always find a park outside, and from 8 pm to 8 am it's free. So I was used to leave at 8am and come back at 8 pm. For activities in Madeira. Sometimes I staied longer and paid 1/2 to keep the car until 9/10 outside. Casin is close but not a good place to go, but try it.

Basic but good location. Decent value for the price.

Very clean and spacious room - u can rollout and do yoga in the room. Good location to get anywhere in Funchal. Friendly staff

The balcony was not good, too exposed to the parking lot with not so much privacy if the curtains are open. Not great view. The breakfast didn't taste great.
