The hotel is in a great location right in the town centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is bright and clean. And our dog was allowed.. The shower was good.
The room was very small so that when we put our dog's bed on the floor we could not walk around the bed without stepping over her. It was way too hot even though I turned the thermostat down. The lighting was very dim so it was hard to operate the coffee machine or the kettle and it was just very cramped.

Nicely decorated hotel
The hotel is located in the city center and is well decorated. The staff was really nice and helpful.
On the day of our stay there was a problem with the water so we didnt have any warm water. My colleague and I had booked the same type of room yet we didnt get the same amenities in the rooms

We are booking agin.
Great location and close to the car park. So well placed for everything that La Rochelle has to offer. We will be back in the spring.
We would have tried to spend money on the room service menu but felt it was a bit limited.

Lovely location and we had a great view over the harbour.
Location was wonderfully convenient and as close to parking as we could get but moving bags over cobblestones was tricky.
