Pleasant

The hotel is beautiful but the staff is not up to the standard

The hostel is really nice located and very beautiful

The breakfast buffet was not at the standards of the hotel and the staff was very rude to us a couple of times (pushing clients when cleaning tables) We had a few trouble with the staff : The reception desk forgot to give us back our ID when checking out We asked multiple times for the baggage handler to come get ouf luggage with the cart which never occurred even though we saw them few minutes serving other customers. Also the majority of the staff doesnt speak English

Not for us !

It was a new hotel and very clean . The staff were pleasant

It was too far from everywhere and annoyingly expensive on site. Many of the drinks werent available . Beers were expensive , no Rose wine . They did get some in the following night. . Several of the restaurants were closed on site as the season was closing. The main buffet restaurant , although given a lot of choice , unfortunately most of the food was only tepid . The same for breakfast - tepid food. We complained about that but really it should be looked into. We would not return as had a long argument about the room given and the room we paid for via booking.com - the hotel blamed booking.com for not changing the photos to represent the correct room . Basically that was not our fault if we had been misled , it was the hotels fault . Eventually they agreed to let us have the room we believed we paid for . Not amused at all . We would not go back as too many negatives.

Superb

Comfortable, good breakfast and kid friendly!

Good service, front desk very friendly. Good beds, big and comfortable. Good breakfast, can sit outside and enjoy! Big pool and very nice to stay there with family.

As they make a good coffee by orders, there will be line you have to stay at the line long time, also staff who are making coffee will be little nervous. Location was very random, not so easy to find when you arrive at the dark.

A destination of its own. Not close to other attractions.

Very good

Beautiful setting with clean rooms and great pool facilities

Beautiful setting and lovely bright, airy and clean rooms. Facilities like the pools and bar were great. Grounds were expansive and lovely for a walk. Great buffet and nice selection of food. It was great to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our shopping cool.

Beds were too hard and the hotel didn't really cater for children (they had no children's menu at the restaurants and they only provide fizzy soft drinks for kids rather than things like milk or fruit juices; you could however get these things at the bar area rather than the restaurants). Some of the restaurants were closed so it was limited to pizzeria or buffet (we went at the beginning of October).

Clean but challenging

The resort was very clean. Bedroom we eventually had was nice

The room they gave us was not what we paid for . After a lengthy period of complaining, we were given the room we paid for The resort blamed Booking.com for the photo associated with the Superior room. Stating they had asked Booking.com to change the photos. I stated that that was not our problem and we want the room we paid for. Eventually we got the room ! The buffet was tepid, whether it be for breakfast or dinner. There was a lot of choice but we were worried about food sitting there tepid . So for E30 we thought it was not worth going to. There was little choice in restaurants , as the season is short. We didnt want a buffet every night or a Pizza. The a la carte cost was 60 euro per person and had to be pre ordered No draught beer or Rose . Manager got some ordered for the second night, Beer was 9euro a small bottle. Location is amazing however once there you would need to leave to goto a local restaurant by car. Children were allowed to sit in the only adults quiet area - Beach Towels are not changed without a cost ! My sisters car was damaged on site - they apparently have no CCTV in the car park to check back. Wrist bands are given to visitors to wear whilst there.
