Customer service was terrible. They refused to check us in and blamed third party booking site. Said reservations didnt come through. Rough night trying to find another room and then get charged in am for the room we got refused. They are very terrible. Manager lacked training or capacity to actually find my reservation and caused lots of issues on long road trip for my family. Will never use booking again and never stay at Louisville east ever again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott!!

I loved my stay! My room was so comfy and super clean! The bed was so comfortablethe best sleep Ive had in a hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! I also received a complementary appetizer for dinner at Charred and complementary breakfast for both my daughter and I! Oh and snacks/water at the Elevator! I will be back in the future and suggest this hotel to my friends and family! Thanks so much!

I loved everything except for the fact I didnt have a mini refrigerator in my room to keep my drinks cold.
