Room was ok; people were nice; they have shuttle that can take you anywhere within 2 miles, and the 3 times I used it I waited less than 5 minutes.
Pool and hot tub were disgusting and filthy; I saw the guy come over to check the quality of the water a couple times, he just left without doing any treatment; from the ceiling back colored drops of water fell on the furniture (and the guests); pool area is in dire need to restoration and should not even be open; the room was ok but they put me in the room facing a wall; the hotel was nearly empty and yet this is the room they give me... a dark hole with a wall in front of the window; cleaning lady came uncharacteristically early, around 9AM, I guess she wanted to be done - I was out in the gym soon after waking and came back and could not use the room because she was still cleaning... And me desperately wanting to take a shower. This hotel is not really downtown; walking downtown takes about 30 minutes (I guess that's why they have the shuttle); Other guests in the pool blasting their music when I just wanted to relax.

Has coffee in the lobby. Thats about it going for this place.
Honestly they could not do anything right and the staff is all incompetent, kind yet incompetent.
I arrived to find that my room was only about half cleaned and missing many basic things like clean water glasses or a comforter on the bed. Took multiple calls to the front desk to get anything brought up.
Then when inquiring about the laundry they said they had it took me 5 front desk members to find someone that could tell me where it was.
My room was dirty. The pool/hot tub was gross. There had non stop jack hammering construction through the night.
Generally this hotel is falling apart and really needs some upkeep and deep cleaning.

There was a dirty shirt in our room, the tv didnt work, and there was a plastic cup wrapper in the bathroom.
