Melia KL Hotel Dec Experience 4D3N

We liked the room.It was spacious for 2A and 1C. The breakfast spread were great too. The housekeeping services provided were great. Nearby shopping malls such as Berjaya Times Square,Pavilion,Lot 10 and the new Lalaport shopping mall within walking distance.

- The bidet installed was the button function kind.We preferred the normal hose jet spray bidet instead. - There were black ants that crawled quickly near the coffee maker when we placed a cup of steamed corns there.We were also curious when we saw a group of black ants below the mirror frame even though there were no food placed on the table.

Great place to stay with your family!

The location is near to Pavilion and could walk to KLCC via link bridge at Pavillion. Buffet spread is reasonable. Many eateries along the way.

I thought it was all great. It was really nice to be greeted at the door. The desk people were helpful. And I really liked the location.

Good location and clean room

I had asked twice for some soup for my 1 year old, for which they told me they sure, will accomodate...at breakfast, no one had communicated that and my baby did not get soup. They also asked me for payment when i had already paid and could not see my name for breakfast (i then had to show my receipt) so looks like there is a communication problem.

Appreciate Ms Delisha's care and concern for letting us have early check in. And to Ms Shakila, too for being patient in handling our situation.

Booked 2 rooms, connected. But the other room took so long to be ready for us to enter. Also, no phone directory to call from the room, the front desk or housekeeping. Need to review the housekeeping. Been twice to the hotel, still got to wait 30-40 mins for the rooms after check in at front desk. Worst experience for travellers.

Very good

The hotel was located at the Bukit Bintang area with The Berjaya Timesquare exactly across the street. The Imbi monorail stop was right in front of the hotel. Very strategic location. Very friendly staff.

It is a bit noisy (car and motorcycle noise) during late night time. The elevator's door need to be fixed.
