Wonderful stay - large rooms, extra comfy beds and an amazing shower in the room. Loved the pool beds and service.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. The room was super comfy with great furnishings and comfortable beds. The view from the room was lovely. The kids club is the best I've seen. Breakfast had all the options too with very friendly staff.

There are lots of better hotels in Chiang Mai. Ill not consider coming back again.

The location is great and the staff are friendly.

The cleaning service is not good. The breakfast is not a 5 stars standard when compared to the other 5 stars hotels in Thailand.

The kids club is the best during all our stay hotels in Thailand. Very very spacious, clean and tidy, lots of activities, and various types of toys. My two kids love it. It also has swimming pool for kids. The spa in hotel is amazing. Definitely would recommend to every family trip!
