    I didnt care for the premiere side that we stayed on, it just looked old and outdated, even though they said it was a 5star hotel and newer. I felt the Empress was so much nicer and seemed welcoming
    Pictures arent what they seem to be.

    Amazing rooms and facilities!
    Great size room and a bathroom with both shower and bath. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great gym (for a hotel gym) and nice pool. Good location with a car park. They have us a huge welcome gift of drinks and snacks.
    Air con was blowing right on us in the bed and the beds are on the firmer side - so if your preference is a softer bed you might find them too hard. Breakfast could have had some more meat options. All minor points, we still loved our stay and would come back!

    Average and annoyed that my wife and I had to sleep in separate beds when booking was confirmed for one king size bed
    Staff in restaurant fro breakfast were lovely
    Booked king bed and crib for baby in room, arrived with 2 large single beds and no crib, sent email to hotel and received a phone call at 9.30pm when baby was sleeping offering a crib, which we had now received. Next offer was to change rooms, but with an 11 month old baby that is not easy. So my wife and I spent 3 nights sleeping in separate beds. I want stay here again

    Its ok, not really a five star experience. Staff are pleasant but not overly helpful. No vegan options.
    Good enough location.
    Shower was mouldy and drain kept blocking, flooding the bathroom floor. Bad smell of sewage in our room on return one evening. Pool not heated so was too cold to swim. No vegan options for breakfast except bread and fruit.

    Staff are Outstanding and better than AI to recognise your needs!
    When the staff can predict the needs of its customers before the customer knows what they need is magic. The staff at the hotel are like that. They are better than AI to understand what the customer wants. Moon who was at the restaurant was amazing, she took exceptional care of us and ensure we were well pleased. We got to reception and during checking they mentioned a goody bag for us. It was a really good goody bag with lots of essentials like snacks, water, orange juice, grape juice, chocolate, biscuit, crisps - the lists goes on. We would definitely go to Chiang Mia just to visit this hotel. Well done to the team.

    We stayed four days at this very pleasant hotel. The welcome pack was exceptionally generous..
    Tastefully decorated large room with comfortable seating arrangements on 14th floor of the newer building. Large Swimmingpool and gym available.

    Decent place that could use some improvement but still worth the stay.
    Nice big hotel, helpful staff the receptionist seem unfriendly at times but theyre happy to help. Gym is decent enough to get a quick workout, pool is cold but nice to swim in. Town centre is 10 mins walk Note for people Premier building is separate from the building.
    The spa needs 1 day prior notice which is pointless, there are plenty of other spa in the area that accept walking in or same day appointments. Halal option is limited and not labled.
