Disappointing

Do not go in winter months, cold with no heating.

It has beautiful newly refurbished lobby and is in good location.

We were there in January and it was very cold in the room as if there was no heating whatsoever. I had to get up at night and look for spare blankets. Tile flooring is like ice - very uncomfortable during winter months. Two out of 4 lifts are being repaired so with high occupancy we had to take stairs all the time and staircase is not lighted, I mean - cmon ! Very unpleasant experience definitely not coming back, there are plenty of good hotels in Seville.

Really recommended for business stay or short trips to Seville

Very comfortable hotel with excellent services and location. The lobby is beautiful. The room was spacious. Very good value for money. We had beautiful view.

The bathroom is small, not enough water pressure in the shower. The bathroom doors are made of glass just next to the window so if you use it at night you will probably wake up your partner. The room was very hot even of we turned of the air conditioner and it was only 12 degrees outside.

Good place to stay and fairly close to the places we wanted to visit.

The bed was hard as a rock. The hotel had 11 floors and the elevators were inadequate with only two small units. The room was clean and the staff did a great job regarding that. Finally, get rid of the 20 Or so things to sell in the room fridge! We needed to store things in refrigerator! As do most people.
