However, some guests mentioned missing items in the room, such as a tea/coffee set, and issues with the shower head. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay and would choose this hotel again if they were in Seville.

    In spite of the said above we enjoyed our stay and the hotel is cozy and in a good location.
    Location
    The room had view to the adjacent roof top and the a/ c machines were noisy as the room windows were not closing properly. Also this was the first hotel I stayed that doesnt have a coffee machine/ kettle in the room!

    The hotel is about 15 minutes' walk from the center. It's a long walk to Plaza de Espana. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast with a large selection of food, very good. Parking is possible directly in the hotel garage. Possibility to charge an electric car.
    Something was humming in our room all night.

    Beautiful and nice room. Very comfortable bed. Close to main train station & then easy to walk to attractions.
    Breakfast staff very kind and helpful. Fantastic Negative staff review is 100% Front desk lady was very curt. Was the only bad part of stay.
