    if the hotel was honest they could not accomodate laundry could have found a more economical stay
    staff were pleasant
    i was clear in my reservation i needed to use laundry but it was not available. my reservation never should have been accepted. That was the whole reason i chose this hotel. Breakfast was way overpriced. The staff charged me twice but still havent had a chance to check my credit card statement. Lastly the receipt they provide is a tiny piece of paper that can be so easily lost. So unprofessional.
