the staff were rude and unfriendly. wont recommend this hotel, but the location is good.

the location is good, easy access to many tourist favourite spots, such has HydePark, Harrods, and a decent High Street with local pubs and restaurants.

most of the staff were unfriendly, disinterested and one or two were rude. this is was not just our experience, but we were in the lobby when other clients checking out expressed their unhappiness with the poor attitude and indifference of the reception staff. our poorest experience related to plumbing (no draining in the shower, then a loo overflowing) we were told not to put toilet paper in the loo! the staff claimed that london hotels do not want clients putting toilet paper in the loo as it couldnt flush - but ive travelled from berlin to budapest, cape town to cairo, and NOWHERE did i ever have this experience of not being able to use the loo properly.

Very good

Nice hotel

Lovely hotel, great location, clean and nicely decorated.

Only a few points was the room was very hot and we couldn't get air conditioning to work. The shower was luke warm. Housekeeping came in while we had do not disturb on as we were getting dressed to check out which was good.
