    wouldnt stay again.
    location and room size for family
    1. cleaning - most basic, wouldnt properly vacuum, not even make properly the beds. not taking care of dust. I dont understand what the issue cleaners did except for switching towels. last but not least, we were for 4 nights and they didnt change sheets! not the cleaning I expected from a wannabe 5* hotel

    Great hotel, I have no complaints and I can be difficult to please at times
    The room was spacious, clean, the staff exceptionally helpful and attentive when required.
    Nothing it was a lovely stay for the price. Maybe if it had a gym unless I didnt find it.

    A nice option to visit Prague
    The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and some good restaurants and markets. You can visit many places walking, but you can also take the metro in a few minutes. The breakfast has many options and a good time service. The cleaning is also good, every day they clean the room and change all the amenities.
    The wifi didn't work in the room, even when the receptionist gave the employee's password. Thus, you won't get it if you need to work or see any TV streaming. The room acoustics are not so good, so you can hear when other guests return to your rooms late at night.

    I was so happy to stay at the Michelangelo Grand. The location is great. The tram and subway are less than a block away. There is a shopping center with groceries across the street. And there is a delicious Italian restaurant on the corner. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town Square. I thought the breakfast was fantastic with lots of yummy choices including scrambled eggs, pastries and fruit. The hotel made me a breakfast to go when I had to leave early for my flight. I would definitely stay there again.
    I would not recommend the free tour that the hotel offers on the weekends.
