My partner and I visited this beautiful hotel a day before Christmas; it was our best decision. The location is pretty close to the center of the town and the Christmas markets were only about 10 minutes from the hotel by foot, so everything was easily accessible. The morning after the check-out, we could not start the engine in our car since there was no battery as we later found out. The exceptional hotel staff borrowed us the starting cables and moreover, the lovely lady helped us to charge the car while her engine was running. This was service BEYOND all expectations we've had. Thank you again! We will definitely visit you again.

Lovely location in hotel with good facilities and helpful staff

Good location on the river, short walk to old town and on to new town. Handy for 17 tram. Lovely view. Comfortable bed and good shower. Nice breakfast and the pool and wellness facilities were excellent. Staff excellent and good response to minor issues

Property is starting to show its age. Very noisy fan on first night could no be isolated at switch and had poor night on first night having to temporarily switch rooms to get some sleep. Problem fixed following day. Room Door handle also came off in my wifes hand. Which also was fixed. No USB charging in the room and general shortage of power points.
