    Room was clean but small and room was up steep staircase wish wasn't that clean.
    Noise outside although room was quiet it was new years eve. Just needs some Tlc . Overall lovely person who showed us up to room but location wouldn't rush back. So average but room was spotless.

    Room 7 very uncomfortable bed, springs coming through, bathroom no ventilation smelt a lot. No milk in fridge on landing for cuppa and kettle didn't reach socket and plug socket by bed coming away from wall.

    After paying on arrival, being told there was a problem with the boiler and there was no heating apart from a small heater. We should've been told this before we arrived. The springs in the very thin mattress were very uncomfortable and very squeaky every time you moved. The pillows are very old, the quilt frayed and old, hanging out of the cover. The headboard is not attached properly, so even sitting on the bed had it banging on the unusable radiator behind it. There is no room around the bed to move, and the bathroom door is unable to open fully because of the bed. It is a good job the shower is electric because there was no hot water. Mismatched old towels.Do not believe what you see in the pictures. This is the worst place I have stayed in for the amount of money we paid. We would not recommend it.

    The property looks good from the inside
    I almost died of cold in this property because the heater wasn't working and I slept all through the night that way. I called at first and I was told that it take 10 to 15 minutes to heat up, but I left it on all night but never came up. Called like 5 times this morning but didn't get any response. Told a cleaner that morning and she called one of the staff to get one heater for me. To cut the story short, I ended up spending just one night inside of 4 nights that I had booked for. I requested for a refund but not a response yet.

    There a lot of stairs to the room! (I found it hard as I have mobility problems) .
