Exceptional

Comfortable and pleasant stay.

Even though I only stayed for a couple of hours at night I liked it a lot and would come back. The shuttle service even though I had to take it at 2:30 in the morning was excellent and that is another thing I liked.

I have no negative comments.

Disappointing

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and great to sleep in. Breakfast was decent

Staff on check in day were unprofessional, not helpful and rude. Beds and towels were not changed and there was no heads up if there wasnt a staff to do this on Christmas Day.

Staff being even adequately nicer at check-in, notification if sheets and towels arent getting replaced because of a holiday.

Ok for a 1 night transit visit, provided good price deal

Price deal i got for a day before booking and proximity to airport.

Property looked dated and sober in terms of overall lighting, furnishing, experiences with staffs. Breakfast starting at 7 AM was certainly not a plus, considering early departures of flights.

It was nice and quiet. The price for this stay was accommodating. I made last minute reservations and I was able to get in.

I didn't like the staff not being in uniform. I had to call the front desk for batteries, and the employee that they sent up, look like someone off the street. Also the young lady that was at the front desk was on her phone when I approached the desk.

It wasn't a bad stay, but I'm not sure that I would stay there again!

Beds were comfy! Nice selection of pillows. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

There was no soap or blankets in the room. The bath towels were a little thinner than I would like. WiFi was non-existent. Breakfast staff forgot to order eggs, so no eggs for three days! Please change your coffee supplier, coffee was awful!

Very nice staff, clean rooms and hotel. A good place to stay.

I had a late check-in and everyone was on time, friendly and helpful. The free continental breakfast was varied. Room was clean and neat. Overall, a very good experience.

I am leary of tap water for drinking. They could have provided a few bottles of purified water in the room for drinking and coffee making.

The representative that checked into the hotel did not check us in properly which led to two cleaners coming into one of the rooms that I booked one at 4 oclock in the morning and then at 4:20 in the morning the other at 9 oclock in the morning. It woke up my entire family I had children that were there. It was a very uncomfortable say.

Decent for a one night stay

Reasonably priced and good location for our needs. Decently clean and felt safe.

The bed was hard as a rock and neither of us slept well. We were given a handicap room (not sure why) which was fine, but the shower head wasn't work properly and kept flopping down. The lighting is harsh in the room. No lamps or softer lighting.

A safe and clean choice for a quick stopover

The hotel is near the airport but off the flight path, so quiet. It has a free shuttle service. The room was reasonably priced, clean and a good size.

If you don't have a car this hotel is rather limited in restaurant options and it was a bit of a challenge to arrange a shuttle pick up, which turned out to be an on demand service needing a phone call to arrange. The hotel front desk suggested the best food choice was a fast food burger outlet (Wendys) but it was not a place to relax and enjoy a meal. I went to the Cracker Barrel, which had better ambience and served meals with vegetables. Breakfast had a typical buffet choice but was extremely cramped.
