Fabrio at reception has a great sense of humor and made us laugh every time we talked to him. Great location in a new business district of Milano. Convenient taxi service. Chromecast TV in bedroom and living room of junior suite.
Some shower facilities could be better maintained.

Always my go to option while staying in Milan!
Staff are super friendly and helpful! Mr Fareed have attended to us and made sure that all of ours need are taken care of! We received an upgrade to a suite and moved the checkout timing with at-most ease!
Location is fantastic yet always ask for higher floor rooms as the tram can get noisy.
House keeping cleaned the room after 02:00PM although the room was empty and ready to be cleaned by 09:00AM. Sometimes the cleaning services dont refill the room's amenities.

I was in Milan for for a visit this summer and stayed at Uno verticale.
Location excellent - cool neighborhood, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance
Facilities excellent - Very modern design, clean and new . the room are comfortable and chic
Staff- Very pleasant and polite. Were also helpful for when we had questions about the city or transportation
The rooms are on the smaller side. At least the room we booked.
In hindsight would have booked a larger room for me and my partner
