    The loby and the reception are very nice.
    The room we stayed in wasn't renovated for years. lots of noise from the street the water in shower and sink had bad smell

    the maid didn't bring new towels for the last two days and didn't clean the room like days before the spa center is too expensive because you pay 20 per person and it's not private, I got a rash on my skin from the water in it

    Nice entrance, great staff. Selection of amenities from receptions.
    The room is tad old. I do not understand not setting a hair conditioner in the bathroom for a 4 star hotel. We could get it from the reception but the quality was not great. The location is a bit far from centre

    amazing hotel, I have been there and I will go back again especially for the breakfast
    the lobby and breakfast are like a 5-star hotel, I have been there again and will go back again, above all the professionalism, attention and friendliness of Leipzig and all the breakfast staff are worth mentioning
    the fan coil in the room to be reviewed for temperature setting
