Very good

Good stay

Excellent location in Little Tokyo area with many eateries nearby and metro within 2 minutes walk from hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Have bidet toilet and water from shower head is strong.

No microwave or kettle in room unless you go down to lobby area to use the microwave or take water. The bed is a bit too soft and we were very dissapointed that its 2 washing machines were concurrently out of order during the 4 nights we stayed there.

It was good but quite expensive for the facilities they provided. I wouldn't choose again

Ambience and the cafe is good

room was smaller than expected and there was no mirror in the room to get dressed. No complimentary water bottles like marriott or any hotel provides. Had to pay every single time.

Exceptional

Good centrally located hotel one stop from Union Station. Recommend, especially for solo travellers.

The hotel location; the welcoming and very helpful check in staff. My room was cleaned very nice every day and the bottles of water were very welcome. Did not have to go far to a number of restaurants, bakeries, supermarket and gift stores. There is also a cafe, and restaurants on site. The cafe while only having a small selection of food, was very good and again, the staff were very pleasant.

This is not a criticism, just a comment only. It would have been nice to have had breakfast included in the room rate. Similar hotels in close proximity to major cities I stayed in throughout California and Canada this trip all included it in their (comparable price) room rate.

I really loved the room and the ambiance, one of my favorite stays in so long time of my frequent travels

The cleanliness of the room and facilities in addition to friendliness of the staff

The location, it is a bit far of the main attractions in LA. However; LA is quite big city and it requires alot of travel times between places I believe
