    Dana was great host, helped as many times and was always at service - 10/10.
    Apartment needs update, needs better maintenance. The elevator is noisy. Poor breakfast.

    Wonderful stay
    We had a wonderful time there. It is clean very well situated and services are great. Dana who manages the customer s is very friendly and is willing to help with everything. Really nice and professional. All staff in the residence and support was nice too, breakfest was a nice addition. And wonderful rooftop pool ! I recommand strongly.

    Great place to relax after a long flight and get over the jet lag!
    It was clean and big enough, good sized fridge.
    It was a lot further from the city centre than expected, but easily overcome by Uber.

    First time in Buenos Aires - Great Option
    The apartment is modern and clean and it has everything you need. I just stayed for one night but really enjoyed it. They kindly agreed to save the storage of my luggage before the check-in (at 1PM).
    I was arriving from a long international flight and asked to check in earlier, however, it was not possible.

    Great little place in a good neighborhood
    Good location in a relatively quiet and safe-feeling part of Palermo. You will be able to find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants not far off. The staff that assisted us was very prompt, helpful on many occasions and friendly. Check-in was easy and they were there to help us out. The apartment had pretty much what we needed for our stay, was clean and quiet modernised. The balcony is very pleasant and well shaded.
    Only issue I had was with the plug distribution, most of the plugs (all except one) being of the type that is not compatible with the European Type C ones. Bring your adapters in any case!

    Great apartment and customer service
    Dana's customer service was second to none. She met us, checked us in, sent us recommendations and even booked our taxi for us when we were ready to leave. She was great. The apartment is huge with all facilities a family could need.
    It was a little bit away from the main palermo area, maybe 1.5km
