The room was very clean and comfortable, with a very spacious bathroom and an outstanding view on the vineyards and the surrounding landscape. Breakfast is served a-la-carte and the quality was very high.
All the people working in the property makes you feel at home and are very professional.
The food at the restaurant can be improved.

Very beautiful view from the rooms, beautiful territory and interiors.
Personal just dont care: when we entered our room my husband hurt his leg with the broken glass that was on the floor in our new cleaned room. It took us more then hour to take out all pieces of glass from his feet, we couldnt even call reception to ask for a doctor, because reception didnt work at 9 p.m. already. Next morning we told them about what happened and they just said sorry, not even sent us cleaning lady or make some compliment! Worst ever experience for a lot of money.
There were a lot of dirty dishes from another rooms in the common area, that were not cleaned during 20 hours!

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff provided incorrect information about activities and wine tasting times. Instead of the promised Mountain View luxury suite, I got a windowless room meant for workers. There was no spa, and the restaurant was closed during the New Year holidays without prior notice, preventing me from having dinner. The only positive aspect was the manager's kindness in offering some cheese and wine to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, a frustrating stay due to misinformation and unmet expectations.

Truly perfect location, room, view, staff, food - we stayed in the Mountain View Suites and had a spacious bathroom with bath, super comfy large bed, spacious room with desk, AC, breathtaking view, and a private deck and pool! The location is ideal at the gorgeous and exclusive Molenvliet estate. Delicious wines and food, staff were always smiling and helpful. Truly 10/10.
