    Location was perfect, however views of car park. Clean, warmed up quickly, free water bottles.
    I didn't like the hotel was closed and we were placed in staff accommodation and only told this on day of arrival. However it was hogmanay and we weren't in room much but I'd have liked option of sat down breakfast in the hotel. Didn't see one staff member.

    Location overlooking sea is great. Staff at mealtimes were great.
    Room was a good size but a bit musty. Made to wait as room wasn't ready for 15.00hrs. and no tea or snacks available, only vending machine.

    The main building was shut but there was no indication of the building being shut online there was one member of staff that I saw the full time paid for dinner and breakfast and didnt have either because the main building was shut

    Utterly disappointing
    Nothing hotel was shut apart from lodges out the back.
    Hotel was shut apart from some lodges out the back. No mention of this at time of booking. Didn't feel safe as hotel was in darkness and had to walk up backroads to get to lodges. Won't ever stay there again

    It was in the heart of the Oban , warm, cozy.
    All good ! But I wish it had a restaurant in winter guests must keep in mind that THERE IS NO STAFF and there is limited amenities available in hotel (just room). Wish this was indicated before the booking.

    Unfortunately due to renovation works the main house was shut and the little annex was comfortable but cold, the little radiator fan was insufficient at heating the room

    Nice place but not if everything isnt as it is on the broached
    Clean nice rooms and breakfast was lovely
    The lift wasnt working and the swimming pool was not open even though this is one of the reasons I booked this hotel
