    The property is in a good location, near enough to Sapa town but away from the hustle and bustle. It is also steps away from Yummy Restaurant where you can find really good food.
    The glowing reviews do set expectations rather high but the initial goodwill has either worn off or the praises have got to their heads. Theres nothing really exceptional about the hotel and you merely get what you are paying for. The lady at check in spoke condescendingly, making assumptions and rolling her eyes instead of explaining things properly. Be warned that you cant flush toilet paper in the toilet and the room thats supposed to come with a garden view faces a wall and therell be no garden. Youll enjoy the stay more if you temper your expectations.

    Huge beds, clean sheets, nice furnishings, friendly and helpful staff
    The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. Sometimes too hot, sometimes cold.

    A family run hotel that treats you like family.
    Fantastic boutique hotel in quiet corner of Sa Pa with impeccable service provided by family based hoteliers. The breakfast has a la carte menu as well with pho, pancakes, omelettes, etc. a real 5 stars experience.
    It may be slightly off the town centre which can be a blessing in disguise. Less noisy and crowded.

    perfect stay in sa pa
    this is a perfect stay in sa pa! our room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable it felt like a cloud. the location is excellent too as its just outside but walking distance to the town. the reception staff were wonderful and so helpful they came to our room to resolve any issues we had and when we were leaving they organised transportation, helped with our luggage and gave us snacks and water for out travels!

    The room is as what you saw on the pix. We came in early at 5am, and they allow us to have an early check-in by paying a small fee. It was worth it after the long bus ride from hanoi. We could shower and catch some sleep before we headed off for the trek. The beds, duvet, and pillows are comfortable. They also have a pretty good selection of TV programs, both locally and international stations. Breakfast has an ala carte menu for the mains. Staff are friendly and courteous. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk to sapa Town (taking the church as the focal point). Everyone bypasses this hotel on their Trekking route.

    Fantastic hotel had a very premium vibe. The rooms were clean, well lit, and very comfortable. The decor of the whole hotel was very tasteful. The staff was polite and friendly
    Location is about a 25 mins walk from the centre of town which isn't bad for a non hilly town, but for a sloped, hilly town it was a lot.

    Great hospitality and felt pampered all the way!
    Fantastic service from all the staff especially Jimmy who went all out to assist us throughout our stay. Breakfast spread was great too. Will not hesitate to stay here again if we were to visit Sapa Valley in the future.

    Fantastic Stay in Sapa
    Reception and all staff are friendly and able to converse in simple English. They efficiently help us call for electric car and taxi car.The whole place is still new and clean. Bedroom was roomy for our connecting rooms, beds are comfy. Bathrooms are clean, hot water and water pressure is available all time. Walking distance to Sun Plaza around 10mins. Next door there are some small cafe for dining. Breakfast buffet spread are good inclusive with additional ala carte menu free of charge. Upon check out, so thoughtful of them packed some drinking bottles for us too.
