Superb

Spacious room in great location and superb customer service

Kim, the manager is very forthcoming and helpful. After a warm welcome he assisted to book a tour, to book tickets to Fansipan without surcharge and was just overall very helpful. We had the family room with balcony which is highly recommended as you overlook the lake. It's very spacious and comfortable and good value for money. We'd go there again for location and value.

Breakfast variety could be better. Then again Kim, the manager, asked us about this and mentioned they will have more changes in the future.

Disappointing

Location is closed to town.

The hotel was much older and run down with low quality furnitures than shown in pictures. Bad services. They said they would send someone to help us fixed the broken fridge and remove a couple chairs to make room for our luggages but never did. We booked the big family room with balcony, 430 ft2. They checked us into a much smaller room and a small balcony, 350 ft2. When we brought it up the next morning, they gave us lame excuses about being a villa and therefore the rooms were different in sizes compared to what they advertised. I had to show them the pictures of the room I booked and paid dearly for in Booking.com and pressed hard before tbey reluctantly moved us to the correct room. Quite a hassle to deal with when you are on vacation.

Amazing staff and great location. The manager and his staff couldnt be kinder in helping out guests in a lovely nature. They even got me something to eat before embarking on a night journey back to Hanoi without asking, I really appreciated that!
