    comfortable and memorable
    continental breakfast v/good. dinner excellent.room in need of some TLC swimming pool excellent ,a real joy.
    as a real cask ale fan, a better choice of beer would have been great.

    Absolutely disgusting service room not ready beds unmade dirty sheets and towels on the floor..staff rude ..asked for refund point blank no..when room was ready to late to use spa facilities...a free drink for inconvenience..this was a Xmas present and a luxury suite..fuming..
    The way we were told no housekeeping they have gone home as if it was our fault

    Really loved our 3 nights. Perfect location, food was outstanding.
    Exceptional food. Great facilities with pool, spa etc and location for walking in beacons.
    Rooms a little tired, more so the bathroom Could see new carpets downstairs so maybe working way through hotel.

    Ideally situated for a stay in this stunning area The food was outstanding and staff pleasant
    For a spa hotel with such potential, it needs some renovation Two showers in the gents spa area didnt work, there wasnt a shower curtain in our room bathroom Neither spoilt our stay though

    Next time I hope the jacuzzi is warmer its always cold never warm turn it up so we can unwind
    Great stay great room we had booked the top room 36 amazing, food amazing staff brilliant ,next time I hope the jacuzzi is a lot warmer as its winter heat is certainly needed??? , thats my only issue. Looks like since last stay money has been spent on carpets and paining, great work keep it up love it there. As per normal food was absolutely amazing well done team .
    Turn the jacuzzi up more heat !!!

    The Tv was old not working properly i think signal issue and the remote as well was a replacement i think that didnt work very well

    The spa is very run down. Tiles missing, dirty and rusty fittings in the changing room.
