Kindly stay

The hotel is in the centre of via Toledo, close to the metro line 1(Yellow line). The room was comfortable, with a large space. The staff is super kind, from when we arrived to the day of departure. Pay attention to the little sign on the big door out of the historical palace

Very good

The hotel is nice and really close to everything, the staff is very kind and helpful.

Good location in the middle of the city center

The bathroom was designed for people in wheelchairs, so it was not very comfortable to use in a normal way. Also, the toilet tank was not really water efficient and its refilling was noisy and took a lot of time after use.
