    Amazing stay
    Amazing location, the beach is stunning. Breakfast is really nice, the room is nice, was clean, and had comfortable bed with good pillows.
    Configuration of the room was a bit strange that the sink is not either the toilet but in your room. Other than that everything was amazing.

    Everything was perfect, the staff, the room, the view, the guests, the food!!
    Strange one but I prefer to have some privacy when using the WC. The room design doesn't really allow for that so that would be my only complaint.

    Resort was beautiful with access to a very pretty beach.
    Price of buffet dinner was exorbitant. We rented a car to get around which gave us access to tapas food and markets.

    Sensational location, huge ground with beautiful gardens, the Christmas buffet was an outstanding banquet. Clean and modern decor. The bedroom and ensuite facilities were awesome. Above all, the most breathtaking sunsets and sun rises!!!
    The sound insulation is not perfect, so we got woken up late at night and early in the morning by some unruly kids slamming doors or running down the corridors (shocking bad parenting by some...).

    Size of bedroom excellent, well maintained garden area
    Large unwelcoming reception area. Walls of all corridors dark brown wood, carpets dark brown, walls in bedrooms painted brown all very dark and dismal.

    Great, affordable resort hotel
    Wide, spacious grounds and modern rooms. Quick access to two beautiful beaches. Breakfast buffet was very good and the staff worked so hard to keep everything flowing smoothly despite the long line on Christmas morning. Food is of high quality both in the bar and restaurants. Complimentary big bottle of water every day. Beach/pool towels provided in the room. Many TV channels to choose from. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would gladly stay here again.
    Beds and pillows were too soft for my taste. Room lighting could be better. More charging points needed.

    Nice close to beach but staff can be better
    Rooms were ok not the best views as shown in pics while booking. But the beach is so close that mad it fun to watch sunrise and sunset. Wallet parking was also good.
    The spa area and the stuff out there, there were a bit careless. Also the same girls gave a massage and we really felt the massage was a joke, no pressure whatsoever felt like we were just oiled , that was not a massage. We asked them to even increase the pressure but nothing changed so so poor. Also the after tea was just basic and also the facilities charged for are not to the mark as much as hyped.

    No cafe in the hotel, the bar was too small. As a five star hotel no 24hr water at reception.

    Perfect location for hike around the cliffs
    Beautiful landscaping and swimming pools. Right from the hotel you can hike and see all the cliffs and beaches nearby. This seems to be truly one of the best hikes/routes to enjoy the breathtaking (literally, no exaggerating) views in Algarve. Only this one one thing makes it worth staying in this hotel. Also, the staff is really wonderful, welcoming and helpful.
    There was a mold in the shower and it was a bit cold in the room. Hotel lobby seemed quite empty, cold and unwelcoming and overall hotel interior design seems dated and unfinished.
