    The location of the property was good. Every thing else besides that, was not what we or anyone could be expected.
    Overall, a disappointing experience. Unfriendly staff, delayed check-in despite an early arrival, and an unprepared room in a supposedly 4-star property! The front desk was unresponsive, and unbelievably, we were told to make the bed ourselves. To add to the frustration, the sink was clogged, and the sheets were torn. Despite the hotel manager initially promising compensation, it was later declined. Booking.com's attempts to contact the property since Nov 5 have been met with silence.

    We were unable to access the room until 4p.m. on the day of arrival.
    The hotel is beautifully presented.
    We arrived in the pouring rain around midday to be told our room would not be ready until 3 p.m. We left our gear and came back to be told it would not be ready until 4 p.m. There was no bar or restaurant service available and we were left sitting in reception waiting.

    Room is great. Location is amazing. Pool was clean and well kept.
    Room was only cleaned once during our stay. I didn't realize that during booking. It should have been clear while booking. Another point was the check-in time; it's not available in the description. 17:00 o'clock is a fairly late check-in. Although we were not impacted but I got surprised when I received the message day before.

    The room is bigger than expected. Has a large kitchenette area with cutleries and cooking equipment. Location of the hotel is excellent, near to the train station and is also near the beach and the old town.

    Not that bad looking hotel how bad the staff interaction was.
    Staff was very uninterested and a bit rude. We did not get key to our room as their machine was broken apparently. Staff did not say even sorry for the inconvenience they literally just got us into the room and shut the door. And we just stand there without even beeing able to turn on lights. When I got back to reception to ask for card lady said that machine is broken and nothing they can do. Not accommodating and talked like it is our problem that we don't have our room key. I had to ask for the light key to get one. In the room half of the cupboards were locked and missing a lot of essential things. There were teas and coffees to use but without kettle to heat up water for example.
