the staff at the check in are very unfriendly. Also, booking.com and the hotel had different details and we had a massive problem during my husband's check in. The hotel showed data that was different and I had to show them booking.com confirmation to allow him in. They ofcourse blamed booking.com. So the next time, I am wondering if I should book directly with the hotels rather than your site as there is clearly a challenge

Wrong calculations of city tax but staff kept saying otherwise. Had to argue for 15 minutes
