    Overbooked without promised service
    The night managy at reception was great and friendly.
    The hotel was overbooked, and splited us to 2 single rooms even we booked queen bed room. Once we arrived at 22:30, we're told we have to stay in 2 different rooms with small single bed....disappointed especially after a long day.

    Perfect for a short comfortable stay!
    The room was nice and the bathroom too and the staff was very friendly! Good location too with a bus stop minutes away and the central station a 20 min walk or 10 min by bus.
    The room was quite hot and dry and we couldnt figure out how to change that, we only stayed one night so it was useless to ask as we noticed during the night. The rain shower was not functioning super well because it was calcified.

    excellent location, just besides chocolate museum and convenience to some main tourist attractions. Nice service and warmhearted staffs just make us feel like coming home, they also serve some special free drinks which is nice as well. Room was big, the only bummer is I cant connect chrome to TV so I can only watch German TV programs.

    Hotel was basic enough. Extremely uncomfortable pillows which could not be changed. Anything requests required going to reception to pick up, e.g towels or a bottles of water

    The hotel was well located, with easy access to public transport. The hotel is newly refurbished
    The level of service, staff attitude & standard of rooms do not feel 4 star. The decor is bland & boring fa recently refurbished hotel.

    the location of the hotel was in a very good spot as it was only a 5 min walk to centre
    bigger bed as there was plenty of room which wasnt getting used steam room would be good to have and the stone loungers sometimes worked
