Superb

A great hotel in a great location

The hotel's location is fantastic. It is a ten or fifteen minute walk to the centre through the Barrio de las Letras. Madrid's three principal museums are closer still, as is the Atocha train station. My room had a view of the Botanic Gardens. The staff were all courteous and helpful.

The only minor inconvenience was that the power points did not accept my power adapter as it was designed for sockets with an earth connection. I did not bother asking the staff about it.

Very good

We got a bigger room in check-in that we had booked beforehand which was nice. The location is really good, next to the Atocha station and you are able to walk to all the main attractions. Check-out not until noon was a nice addition too.

The receptionists were not very friendly and all of them did not speak English very well. It was quite cold in our room and it felt the heating was not really working. The walls between the rooms are also super thin, I could hear the neighbors alarm in the morning like it was my own and also hear them wathing the tv. The room could have been a bit cleaner as well, considering the price point of the hotel.

Central location close to everything. Nice facilities. Smallish room.

Excellent location near Atocha Station, Paseo del Prado, and Reina Sofia and Prado Museums. Many restaurants and bars nearby (check out Pinocchio Restaurant in front of Reina Sofia Museum and Museo del Jamon 1/2 a block from the hotel)!

Room was a bit smaller than advertised. Onsite restaurant a bit pricy.
