Great stay and service with amazing rooms and stunning food.
The location and the atmosphere was great, exactly as expected. Staff attentive and sorted out an issue we had with our room within 10 minutes of reporting. Breakfast was lovely! Great stay here.
Only negative, considering it is marketed as a wellness hotel was the gym/workout space. Strange mix of fixed machines and cardio equipment.. struggled to do my full normal workout quite a small space.. could do with a multi use cable machine..

Its the best hotel in the area, the staff are extremely warm & welcoming, the restaurant is back to its very best, the crafted design is stunning without being overwhelming & the acoustics in the bar are very warm for such a high space, its great value for a family experience.

Best night stay ever
It was our wedding night and I brought stuff to be put in the room. Christina at the desk did the best job making the room look perfect. My wife loved it. Christina also gave us a free upgrade of room and the staff gave us a complimentary late checkout as we arrived late. 10/10 would recommend. The staff were also very friendly.

Warm, cozy, and beautiful!
Just wonderful staff! We were assigned a room on the top floor, where it was incredibly cold, and the air conditioner wasn't working (or more precisely, we couldn't make the temperature warmer). In the morning, feeling under the weather and disappointed with the room, the reception offered to change our room.
Our new room was simply amazing! Warm, beautiful, and cozy!
Thanks to the responsive staff, our vacation improved because after long walks, we happily returned to the warm and beautiful room at Nobu.
We didn't buy breakfast at the hotel because the selection was very limited. The only downside is that you have to look for a hearty breakfast in the surrounding area.

Very disappointed
Everything was just ok. Very underwhelming.
Not your typical Nobu.
Bedrooms are very average. Nothing stood out. Poor quality amenities (not even a coffee machine) cheap shampoos, towels, water, pen. Lacks quality. Decor very generic in deluxe, executive rooms and too stark and cold in the themed rooms on level 6.
Service was good at reception, poor in the restaurant. You enter the restaurant from the hotel resident lift lobby, you walk into a dark, scruffy area and then there is no one to greet you and allocate your table. Instead you stand there feeling lost and no one attended to us twice, once in the evening when going for a drink at the bar and the same for breakfast. This is not Nobu standards.
Cold coffees which we had to pay for as not included in the bed and breakfast pricing, poor experience.

The size of the room was great, the staff were very welcoming & went above and beyond with sorting out a cot for our room.
Our only disappointment was the breakfast, over priced for a self serve.

choosing a suite in a 5* hotel should lead to a perfect experience at all times, no exceptions

Nice stay, lovely staff, not sure worth price, certainly the breakfast.
Fantastic suite, thankful for upgrade. Really great design. Maybe room a bit cold despite attempt to raise temperature via thermostat.
Overpriced. Buffet breakfast average at best, certainly not worth the charge for the room with breakfast.
