Disappointing

The property has huge potential if it was run properly and staff were trained properly and different management

The view, pool and rooms were amazing.

It seemed like the staff were poorly trained. We didnt receive an overview of the facilities when we arrived. Food options were limited so we tried the restaurant for dinner which was terrible. The staff were extremely awkward and didnt know what they were doing. We couldnt wait to get out of there.

A hidden gem of a hotel that provides privacy, wonderful amenities, and friendly staff that make your stay memorable.

This property is nestled in the hills with beautiful views of Phuket. You get your moneys worth with the rooms and amenities available. Highly recommend having breakfast onsite where they tempt you with delicious food and even more amazing view of Phuket.

This isnt a spot where you can just step out of the hotel and be immersed in the shops, so you need to hire a ride to take you to where you want to go. However, if you enjoy privacy, this property is for you.
