Exceptional

Healing! Take 5 before the new day in 2025 starts. Much love!

Comfortable! Familiar location. Easy to jump to nearest market which is the famous market at CH, Kea Farm! A lots of Parking slots. Easy to find eating stall also. Love!

Not all the spaces at room clean like 10/10 but then still in my considerations to choose Nova again and again. Thank u so much

Location is good. But the services are very bad.

Staff not friendly. Yang kelakarnya dapat complaint dari management hotel, bukan guest yang complaint. Bunyi bising sebab renovation. Maybe should inform guest or reschedule when guest tiada.

A very dirty hotel will not stay again.

The room was big.

Room was very dirty with a strong smell of smoke in the three nights of our stay no one came to clean the room or offer clean towels. The TV did not work the WiFi was poor the bed was broken and very uncomfortable. The reception was terrible they make everyone wait till 3pm and then all cue up to check in at the same time.

Quiet room

Despite requesting to check-in 1hr earlier, we couldnt do that. Very difficult to get a grab taxi due to its remote location.
