Washroom facility. hand bidet was positioned in wrong side at left hand position. Which is absolutely incorrect. You need to hold the hand pusher in left hand, so understand the difficulties.

Environment is ok. Around commercial area. Breakfast simple and nice.

Room door cannot close tight. Due to door cannot close tight became noisy door. When night time become annoying when we sleep. Room given with a dirty toilet seat cover. Towel given upon request. Not provide before check in.

Enjoyed our stay & the staff hospitality except the late-checkout part.

Great location, good spread at breakfast, friendly & helpful staff

Despite booking 2 full family room units for 3 nights, my request for late check out (I was only asking for 1 hour extension from 12noon to 1pm) was not handled with any consideration. The on-duty manager just said "no" even without checking my booking duration or value.

Location, staff was polite and helpful, cleanliness.

It was mentioned rooms are soundproof but they arent. Lot of noise coming from the room above us. and had to call at reception to stop that noise and couldnt sleep till 3am in the morning.

Low on cleanliness, high on location and family room

Great location. Within walking distance to row of shophouses which had been around since colonial times, bus and taxi terminals. About 10-20 mins drive to attractions like Boh Plantation and the Night Market at Golden Hills. Hotel lobby also has a laundromat, convenience store and good eateries.

Housekeeping and cleanliness need stepping up big time. Was horrified to see master bedroom toilet seat half stained with what looks like dried blood. We called for housekeeping. Housekeeping staff the stain was unremovable. My husband had to scrubbed to show him it was to which the staff response was so do you want me to clean it?. A silly question to ask. Staff cleaned complete clean the toilet seat in the end. Clean towels and bathroom mat also not readied in the room upon our check-in. We had to request.

The room was big and studio sized. Facilities were good and the view from the balcony was amazing. It was truly worth the money. The free breakfast was also provided with much variety

The water from the shower turns cold sometimes.
