Very dirty hotel and non professional staff

Only the location of the Hotel

Poor cleaning After several complaints, nothing changed, cockroaches are everywhere in the room which is not acceptable at all, the cleaner doesn't know how to clean, it was the worst hotel stay in my life... Food during breakfast was very poor, the same thing is served daily, no eggs to order, margarine war provided instead of the butter, when I asked the waiter he replied :"the supplier didn't deliver" !?!?

the stay was pleasant and comfortable to some levels. they have an amazing gym and pool for kids.

The staff was very welcoming, and they did whatever they could to make our stay comfortable. The location outside of the city was great to get away after a full day of activities.

The room was much smaller in reality, and the photos when booking were different. We originally wanted an extra bed, but the room was too small for that, and we were offered a baby cot for a five-year-old which was a little disappointing.

I would not want to stay again to this property

Nothing except bell boy staff was helpful

Cleanliness, there were 2 cockroaches in the room when we checked in even after complaining to front desk no one bothered to even clean it or follow up with us about it. Restaurant staff was not helpful we had nothing to eat in restaurant and staff was not bothered to help giving us any choices since we are vegetarians. I had mentioned the same to restaurant manager and its staff but no one looked interested to give us any option to eat or make anything for us.

Basic not luxury

The Kids Pool was great, the breakfast area was large no que or over crowding, breakfast was good, parking was convenient. Extremely spacious room with good view- stayed in a Superior King bed. Room service menu was good and the portion sizes were great- bit pricey but to be expected.

The Room and washroom was basic and dated, felt like an old apartment not necessarily a hotel. When i made my booking - i sent a message via the booking.com app and also emailed the property stating that i will checkin late (midnight) and i asked if the reception will be available at that time - i had no response even though i sent multiple reminders- they responded around 30 hours later after i have checked in. Pool timing was ridiculous compared to other hotels- closed by sunset!

Disappointing

Disappointed with relationship between hotels and booking

The place was clean cozy and the location very good

I booked a room in booking showing eligible for upgrade to deluxe king room with balcony when I reached the room was without balcony. Asper supervisor Mr Islam that even if we booked in app we need to come to hotel very early to have the room that we booked in app . What the point have booking account and use booking and have GENIUS levels and all these features and the hotels dont take care of us.

Clean Hotel

The room is spacious. Cleanliness is very excellent. The view was fantastic from the top, with a large balcony. Plenty of safe and shaded parking spaces.

In the attached pictures, the bathroom contained a bathtub, but when I arrived I was surprised by a bathroom without a bathtub and completely different from the pictures. I inquired with the employee and he told me that some rooms had it and some did not!! He gave me a choice if I insisted, so there was a room available with a bathtub, but with a normal view, and it was located on a lower floor, and there was no balcony. Of course, I declined the offer and stayed in my room. The childrens pool area was the opposite of what we were excited about. The water was very cold, close to ice, and it was impossible for the children to enjoy and use it at this time of the year. I dont know why there is no heater.
