I appreciated the kindness of the staff, specially Zakir that made our stay more comfortable assisting us with the taxis and luggage. The location of the hotel is top, near to the metro and easy to find by car. The valet parking is very diligent. Rooms are clean and well entertained.

Although the room was clean, it had a carpet (This is not different from a lot of hotels in Dubai). Maybe this is a little incompatible with the AC because of the humidity accumulation. This can be a problem for people with respiratory allergies.

If you are traveling alone and going to have a great time, dont stay here, unless they change the policy

Everything was great. Well the iron was broken, but it wasnt critical. Id rate 10, but because of one incident on 31 of December, I just cant ignore. Check the visitors policy before going to this hotel. It doesnt match the policy mentioned in their profile in booking.com

In late night of 31 of December I came to my room with a guest. After a second we get to my room, the reception guy rang and told me that visitors are not allowed, and that I should come to the reception now with my passport, otherwise hell call the security. At the desk the reception guy said that there is no way any visitor can stay in the room for a second, so you cant even go to your room with a friend even for a second, and that it is written in the booking.com policy. I believed in that, and paid for an additional stay for one more person. But the day was already spoiled. Later I checked the booking.com and found that there is nothing written about the visitors. After long debates at 5am they refunded me the additional payment. But my great day was spoiled completely.

To mention one thing would detract from the rest so I don't want to mention anything in particular. Perhaps the hotel staff would be most appropriate, they were wonderful and incredibly helpful! (Jit, Zakir, Marha)Not to say that the rest don't deserve a mention
