    Location and friendly reception staff.
    Not having any shower gel and having to contact reception to get this sorted. (Which they did promptly) The room was quite noisy and had what sounded like high-pitched plumbing sounds from rooms above us all night. Children were running around and stomping on the floor above our room and hallways until after 10pm at night. This was quite annoying.

    Very close and beautiful location near by Hauptbahnhof and Altstad. Room and bathroom were big enough. Excellent and rich breakfast. Clean, cosy and silent hotel. Very kind and helpful staff.
    Minibar was empty, there is only one bottle of water and it wasn't refilled again. The pillows were small.

    Convenient location, walking distance to main area and very close to train station
    Location was very good as it's so close to train station. Walking distance to main sightseeing area as well (no need to take bus nor tram). A clean room and enough space for 4. Staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was ok and typical one for this type of hotel. You can order egg plates.

    Excellent location. Directly across road from Flixbus. 5min walk from train central. 5min walk to old town.
    Guaranteed room ready by 3pm - wasnt ready. Then assured would be ready in 15mins - not ready. Moved to lower level and rooms so noisy. Could everything on the street and rooms above

    Spacious rooms with good facilities
    Spacious rooms with gym on the 6th floor as well as the sauna and the pool.
    Bathroom could use a thorough clean, some corners had a story to tell. Sauna has no exposed stove, is automated at what feels like 85C and came across crowded in the evening.
