The check-in was really bad. We've been said that we had booked only for two people while we booked for three.
In addition, we paid online but an email said that it was cancelled. We booked again, whithout paying, and, thus, we paid while checking-in. The man was really unpleasant and made us understand that we were just silly people not knowing what we did. I had to show the emails in order to prove that I was not wrong.
One day before checking out, we were told that we were charged for no-show, that the first booking was actually fine, but that, while checking in, they mixed the two bookings... But everything would be fine if I cancel parts of the two bookings in order to be paid back for the no-show. The woman was nice and told us that the email about the cancellation was actually some kind of hacking from booking. I wish I could be informed beforehand.
The day of the check-out, we are told that we need to pay AGAIN the booking, and that the payment we made the day of the check-in was not a payment... When I explained the situation, the man told me that he had no information about this situation... Paying numerous times the same booking and fighting each time is really exhausting...
More communication (internal and external) would have been really nice...
I still do not know whether or not the situation has been solved. :/
