Checkin wait time was very long. No food availability at all in the hotel. Everything was closed for a number of weeks because of Christmas holidays. We booked for 5 people, they gave two rooms with one double bed in each, when I asked about the 5th person they requested we pay for an extra bed. So it meant the cost was significantly higher. Staff were nice. Location is good. Just double check the rooms you are being assigned.

Perfect. Definitely will be back!!

I really enjoyed it. I have stayed here once before and thought it was great! Not insanely expensive. Will also be back here with my family on Australia Day and cant wait! Ive recommended it to everyone I know! Also the lady who checked me in was very friends so props to her for her customer skills!

I left my maintenance medicine inside the refrigerator, the staffs never concerned to call or when I inquire, they told me that they will call if found but days later no call being received, when I call again they said it was found by cleaners but only available 9-4 which my busyness not able to get on the time. When I visit after 5pm, they still point to the cleaners section and not concern to bring it on the reception ready to give to the owner (yet I called them twice)
