Maria was exceptional. She went out of her way to meet and exceed my request for a room change. She also graciously answered my questions and provided help to reacquaint me with Perth after a 25-year absence. Kudos to Maria

Tv had problems that remained unresolved due to the New Years holidays.

Very modern and well equipped hotel with super comfy bed and spotlessly clean bathroom with great products. Good location near to restaurants and travel hubs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice location and clean.

Room was small and price was expensive but it had breakfast included but when we had our breakfast it was limited to 1 item per person which is unusual as most of the hotel it is buffet breakfast.

Stylish, comfortable hotel in a great location.

Stylish, very spacious and spotlessly clean room with very comfy bed and lovely products in the bathroom. Also in a perfect location for us and walking distance to good bars and restaurants. Check in and out were friendly and efficient. Would definitely come back.
