    Location and helpful staff.
    Had to pay for parking. Pool area needs a complete refurb (broken and cracked tiles, dirty). Bathrooms also need a refurb.

    Very close to the conference venue and walking distance from food shops. Amazing view from the front of the hotel.
    The smell of the carpet in the hallway, smelt old and musty.

    The bathroom not cleaned and drinking water is from bathroom its disgusting, no microwave for toddlers to heat milk. I wouldnt book that hotel again. Just staff is freind

    Its really old. Not worth the price. Carpet its so dirty and the bathroom its way too old. Breakfast $34 per person. Its really not worth the price.

    Not the best stay this time sadly :-(
    The staff are always lovely and friendly, they seemed very short staffed this time, a few things had run out on the buffets at dinner and breakfast and it took a long time to be replenished but the staff were very apologetic about the wait times etc.
    Often stay at Novotel, this time the room I was given was a disability room, while it said city view when I booked it was the back of the hotel looking onto car park and construction across road. It was a very tired looking room the carpet was very stained definitely not the usual standard I get, bathroom door opened into the bed, so pretty disappointing for $464 night it was the worst one Ive ever stayed in there.
