    The room was very spacious and the bathroom etc were modern and new. The team was smiling face and helping. The car park was perfect too, for France standarts, gold.

    Amazing and welcoming staff. Perfect location. Delicious breakfast buffet. A BIG THANK YOU to Michaela who was super sweet and helpful and made us feel home.

    Comfortable great location with services close by. Rooms large and spacious. People wonderful.
    Location ideal for old town and Christmas Markets and restaurants. Parking wonderful and easy to get out to villages around Colmar. Beautiful villages, lots to see and do. Staff very friendly and enjoy talking with customers about their experiences. Very magical town and Christmas Markets are exceptional.
    Exiting car park is tight.

    Nice hotel within a short distance of the old town centre.
    It was well appointed and near the centre of the old town.
    The room had an overwhelming, unpleasant smell which meant that we had to keep the windows open.

    Comfortable hotel suite in a great location!
    Great location, close to the old town but far enough away from crowds in a quiet, calm spot. Helpful staff who offered an early check-in & arranged parking in the easy to access & use garage. The boutique shop for snacks was a useful addition to hotel facilities along with small kitchen in the suite. Comfortable, good-sized room with a great, hot shower in morning.
    Sound proofing in adjoining rooms could be improved as we could hear our neighbor wake-up, use facilities etc. in early morning.
