    This was a great hotel for family stays. Room worked well for four people. Bathroom was great with choice of shower or bath and the separate toilet made it easier to access. Location was perfect, we avoided the low emission zone but could walk to the town centre easily. Staff were really helpful and ensured we would be able to park our van when we arrived. This was really important to us as this was a stop over on our drive home to England from Italy.

    Great hotel, nice and clean.
    Great location. Parking next door. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Ideal for a mid point stop on our way to the alps. Bonus was the fab Christmas market in town. Plenty of nice places to eat a 10 min walk from the hotel too.

    Perfect pit stop between Switzerland & the UK. Lovely Christmas market just around the corner.
    The reception staff were brilliant and the on site secure parking was exactly what we needed as we were on our way home for Christmas after a weeks skiing so our car was fully loaded with skis, suit cases & pressies!

    Rooms are a little dated but I Understand the hotel will be refurbished.

    Great for business travelers and short stay visitors passing through
    It was clean, central and catered for the three of us and our small dog. Parking was close by but unfortunately the electric charger was not working in the public car park next door
    A little noisy as the dog barked through out the night in response to movements of neighbours

    Excellent place for a short stay
    Excellent location close to city centre. Spacious room with a kettle, microwave, coffee maker. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. We arrived early but as our room was ready we were able to check in so we could make the most of our first day in Reims
